Junior Coaches ROCK!

Interested in learning about coaching and serving as a team leader?
Our Junior Coaching program might just be for YOU!

The LCST Junior Coaching program was instituted in 2014 (with the Tellico Village Swim Team) and is open to qualified swimmers who are at least 14 years old and members in good standing of the Lenoir City Bettas Swim Team. Bettas who exhibit team dedication, team spirit, a positive attitude, and an interest in supporting our younger swimmers are considered excellent candidates for this program.  Moreover, this program offers the opportunity to fulfill other community service commitments a swimmer may have as well as contribute to one's work/college résumés!  

Anyone interested in becoming a Junior Coach must complete an application that is then reviewed by the coaches.
