Hello all,

I am reaching out to you guys to share some information about the end of season banquet. Unfortunately due to a conflict of scheduling we will not be having our banquet on the 5th anymore. We will also change the venue of it as well, so please stay patient and with me over the course of this email.

Time - The new banquet time and date will be the 4th at 6:00 pm -9:00 pm. Please, please, please be kind and understanding with the times. If you are coming to the banquet and are there at 5:00, we will be setting up and will be dealing with moving tables/chairs and setting up food. If you would like to show up early, 15-30 minutes is the absolute earliest that I would suggest showing up (unless you are part of our oh so lovely set-up crew).

Location - Our location will now be Kingston Pike Baptist Church's gym. If you are familiar with the church, it is the bottom doors attatched to the back part of the church. If you are not familiar with the church, the best way to explain it is to go directly across from the picnic area behind the church. Parking is available everywhere that you would expect, and if you are blocking a road, please don't. The pool is also 0.1 miles away, but please be aware, there might be a party that night so it may not be available for parking.

The Address would be 1340 Old Hwy 95, Lenoir City, TN 37771, if you are looking at something that is over a half a mile away just Google Kingston Pike Baptist Church.
