Fri Jun 18 2021	Bettas @USC (at SAC/UT) SAC (Student Aquatic Center) - UT (2111 Volunteer Blvd., Knoxville, TN 37996) Start: 6:15 PM Warm-up: 5:45 PM End: 10:00 PM (estimated) The Bettas will travel to the Student Aquatic Center (UT's outdoor pool) to swim against University Swim Club. We need you on deck NO LATER than 5:45pm. This is NOT the Allan Jones Pool, this is the the outdoor pool, located at the University of Tennessee’s Student Aquatic Center (2111 Volunteer Boulevard, Knoxville). Concessions: Their team will be selling concessions and will have items such as candy bars, soft drinks, and fruit. Also, they will do pre-orders of Chick-fil-a sandwiches. (more info as I get it!) We accept payment by cash only. Spectator seating: They have limited spectator seating on bleachers and ask that parents bring their own chairs. Parking: We have parking in the lot next to the pool. Please do not arrive before 5:30, and do not park in the Allan Jones lots. (TNAQ will have a meet happening at the same time) We ask that if your Betta cannot make this meet, to please let Coach Nathan or Coach Hannah know the week prior. Thank you and GO BETTAS! Fri Jun 11 2021	Friday After Meet Times! LC Pool - 120 Panther Drive, Lenoir City Start: 8:00 AM End: 10:30 AM Hey all! Just a reminder that this Friday, June 11th will be a "day after" meet schedule :) This means we give our swimmers a small break and they can come to practice a little later! 11 & Ups: 8am-9:30am (NO One on Ones) 10 & Unders: 9:30am-10:30am (NO One on Ones) Thank you!
Thu Jun 10 2021	Bettas @WSY West Side YMCA - 400 Winston Rd, Knoxville, TN Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:30 PM End: 10:00 PM (estimated) The Bettas will travel to the Westside YMCA to swim our first meet against the Westside Marlins. We need you on deck NO LATER than 5:15pm. More info (parking, where our team can set up, etc) is listed below. We ask that if your Betta cannot make this meet, to please let Coach Nathan or Coach Hannah know the week prior. Thank you and GO BETTAS! Facility Details: Our pool is located at 400 Winston Rd, Knoxville, TN 37909. It's a 10 lane (8 competition lanes) pool. Concessions: Our team will be selling concessions. We will have items such as pizza, candy bars, soft drinks, and fruit. We accept payment by cash only. Spectator Seating: We have limited spectator seating inside the fence. While the facility does provide some chairs, there are not enough for everyone. All seating is bring your own (chair, blanket, etc.). We have a great hill on the South side of the pool that will allow for any number of parents to sit and observe the meet from outside the fence. Parking: We have reasonably sufficient parking at our facility. The parking lot "down the hill" from the pool is the closest parking. There is also overflow parking in the Church parking lot across the street from the entrance (off Winston Rd).
Wed Jun 9 2021	10 & Under Mock Meet LC Pool - 120 Panther Drive, Lenoir City Instead of a "traditional" practice, bring your swimmers to get a taste of how a "real" meet would look like. Please bring your swimmer by 8:15am and be sure to shadow one of our older swimmers/seasoned parents to learn a swim meet position. We CANNOT run these meets without the help of our swim parents, so don't be shy! Be sure to bring extra water, sunscreen and towels :)

Sat Jul 25 2020	LC Bettas vs Cherokee LC Pool Start: 8:00 AM Warm-up: 7:30 AM End: 11:00 AM Lenoir City Bettas vs the Cherokee Tomahawks! (Friday and Saturday - 7/24-7/25) This meet WILL be split up into two meets (Friday and Saturday) as per usual. (as per my email, it's currently set up for 11 & Ups on Friday, the 24th and 10 & Unders on Saturday, the 25th, both morning meets, actual times TBD) However, Swimtopia needs us to show it as "one" meet to allow us to have a virtual meet successfully, so while it looks like you are signing up for Saturday, DON'T worry about it! We'll do the splitting up for you. Just sign your swimmer up, we'll do the rest! Carrie will be putting out info on how to volunteer for the correct time slot, as well. It's our very last meet and we'd LOVE to go out with a win against a solid team, please sign up your swimmer NO later than Saturday, July 18th at 6pm. There will be NO exceptions; if your swimmer is NOT registered by 6pm, this Saturday, 7/18/20, they will not swim for us.
