Fri May 31 2024	Pizza in the Park! Lenoir City Splash Pad Pavillion - 307 E Broadway St, Lenoir City, TN Start: 5:30 PM End: 8:00 PM (estimated) Come join the team at Pizza in the Park! Located in Downtown LC, on Broadway: (307 E Broadway St, Lenoir City) Meet other swimmers, parents and chat with your Coaches <3 When: Friday, May 31st, from 5:30-8:00pm, enjoy some pizza & drinks and cool off at the splash pad or hang out in the park, courtesy of the Bettas Parent Board :) We do have to have an accurate headcount, so we know how much to feed everyone :) Siblings of swimmers are included in this event, just let us know how many we can expect. RSVP closes by May 29th!
Wed May 29 2024	Parent Meeting Roane State/Library Conference Room, 100 W Broadway/B St, Downtown Lenoir City Start: 5:30 PM End: 7:00 PM (estimated) General meeting to pay your swim dues, meet your coaches, go over events/meet dates, and discuss expectations for the season. Please plan on coming if you are able! (Location is the "Voting Room" on the "back" side of the college, facing the parking lot)
Wed May 29 2024	Practice Starts! All age Groups! LC Pool - 120 Panther Drive, Lenoir City Start: 7:00 AM End: 8:30 AM !st Day of Practice for both age groups! 7-8:30am - 11 & Ups 8:30 - 9:30 - 10 & Unders Have your swimmer come at their designated time, we will distribute caps at practice, but have them bring goggles, towels and water! Sat Jul 22 2023	GKAISA City Meet Championships - Finals (Top 16 & Alternates) Allan Jones Aquatic Center - 2200 Andy Holt Ave SW, Knoxville, TN The GKAISA Championships! To quote Coach Nathan: "*this is for all the marbles, folks!". City Meet is broken into 3 days: Day 1 (Thursday): 10 & Under ONLY Day 2 (Friday): 11 & Over ONLY Day 3 (Saturday): Finals (top 16 & Alternates)* - want to come and cheer on your Betta teammates? Please do! These are generally day long events, the Bettas will have a tent to sit under. We will need volunteers for all 3 days to make this a great finale! Check back in for more details!

Take advantage of some extra technique training with Coach Nathan and a special guest coach! (specific age group times to be determined)
Fri Jul 14 2023	Bettas vs USC (University Swim Club) AT the Student Aquatic Center SAC (Student Aquatic Center) Start: 5:30 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) Bettas vs University Swim Club (@SAC, Student Aquatic Center), time TBD: will be in the late afternoon. Location: 2016 Andy Holt Ave, Knoxville, TN. Info from USC: We are currently scheduled at the student aquatics center (indoor), but if the outdoor pool opens we will move there. They use the same parking lot and are next to each other :) Volunteers will be needed, please check back in for more information :)
Sun Jul 9 2023	Smoky Mountain Invitational - SMI (10 & Unders ONLY) Springbrook Pool - Alcoa, TN (636 Vose Rd, Alcoa, TN) Smoky Mountain Invitational, Springbrook Pool, Alcoa: July 8th-Saturday (11 & Ups) July 9th-Sunday (10 & Unders) This is a day-long event, each team has its own tent to utilize as a "home base".
